Plant Health Care Manager · Sales Arborist
Megan is the Plant Health Care Manager and Sales Arborist for Sam Hill Tree Care. She began her career in 2018 as a Plant Health Care technician after graduating from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor of science in Agricultural Business. Since joining, she has become an invaluable member of our management team.
Like the rest of the leadership team, Megan is committed to her professional development. She adopted the motto of “Committed to a life of excellence” while a sweetheart member of the Delta Tau Delta sorority at SHSU. She is an advocate for agriculture and serves her community by educating others about the agricultural and arboricultural industries.
Megan is a licensed TDA Commercial Pesticide Applicator. She is also both Tree Risk Assessment Qualified and Texas Oak Wilt Qualified. Currently, Megan is pursuing her Certified Tree Safety Professional certification.
When she is not working, Megan enjoys watching baseball (“Go Astros!”) and getting outdoors. Her favorite tree is the bur oak. She especially loves spending time with her husband, Dylan, and her two young children, Jameson and Emersyn.
